Summary
The Workforce Logiq vendor management system (VMS) is a comprehensive cloud-based SaaS solution that manages the entire workflow of the contingent workforce. Key functions include candidate sourcing, bill rate and margin review, cost optimization, assignment management, and the onboarding and off-boarding processes. The mission for this project was to overhaul the UI and UX of the product to enhance customer retention, attract new users, and position the product as a leading competitor in the market.
